Setting Up the UISP Power Pro's LTE Cat M1 Module

4. Enter your ISP’s APN Address. For an additional layer of security, enable Authentication and enter your ISP account’s username and password. When enabled, you will be asked to provide these credentials in order to connect to your mobile network. Tap Done in the top-right corner of the screen when finished.

5. Scroll down and click Apply, then Yes in the confirmation window to save your configuration.

Enable a Backup Network

When a backup network is enabled, the UISP Power Pro’s LTE Cat M1 module can automatically connect to it during a wired connection outage to ensure uninterrupted UISP application access. To enable a backup network:

1. Log in to the UISP application then tap Active Devices.

3. Enter the day of each month that you would like your limit to reset in the Monthly Quota Reset Frequency field. Tap Done when finished.

Enable SMS Notification

Note: Your UISP Power Pro must have a nano-SIM card from a Cat M1 SMS provider to enable critical event text notifications.

1. Log in to the UISP application then tap Active Devices.

2. Open the UISP Power Pro’s device details.

3. Go to Settings > System, then tap SMS Notification.

4. Tap the toggle to enable, then enter the phone number you’d like to receive notifications. Tap Done when finished.

To limit the amount of mobile data that can be used to send critical event text notifications:

1. Enable Quota Enabled, directly below where you’re prompted to enter your phone number.

3. Enter the day of each month that you would like your limit to reset in the Monthly Quota Reset Day field. Tap Done when finished.
